The Po Show

The Po Show is a non-profit designed to promote the work of poets and other artists. The Po Show will feature collaborations with nationally known writers, artists, and scholars on irrationality and the marvelous such as John Olson, Roberta Olson, Stacey Levine, Denis Johnson, and Rebecca Brown. Filmed Po Show events will include: the attempted unionization of Seattle-area fortune tellers (Local 7), a day spent with Nick Licata as he distrups his own council meetings with "automatic" ravings, a thorough inventory of dead metaphor, chainsaw collage, forest fire frottage, a trip to Neah Bay to sink/liberate the Kalakala, a rotating nap-a-thon disrupted only by coffee breaks, a Fordist reorganization of the Ouija Board, and an interlude to the apocalypse.
